Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver our coffee pan-India except for a few pin codes. We have tied up with reliable logistics partners that ensure reliable delivery of our coffee across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but at times due to some unforeseeable reason a delay may happen. Most of our coffee are roasted to order & we need a lead time of 1-2 days to ready the product for you, so that we can deliver freshly roasted & freshly ground coffee to you. Once the coffee powder gets ready our logistics partner picks up your product & delivers to you between 0-7 days. In case you want your package urgently request you to intimate us at contact.thecoffeemonk@gmail.com so that we can ship at the earliest from our end. In general we always try our best to dispatch our product at the earliest. We ship on all days by noon except for Sundays & public holidays. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as of now.
Return Policy
All coffee products are exempt from returns.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund will be issued in case of online payment and if cancelled before dispatch. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch of product. No further cancellations will be accepted post dispatch. Nominal service charge will be deducted from the paid amount in case of order cancellation.
